Starting Location:  Mooresville High School - 169 East Center Avenue Mooresville, NC, 28115

Ending Location:  Mooresville Town Hall - 413 North Main St. Mooresville, NC 28115

ITINERARY:

5:30 - Gather at Mooresville High School.  Participants will have the opportunity to buy T-Shirts at this time.

6:00 - Begin march to Town Hall.

6:30-6:45 - Approx. arrival at Town Hall.  Participants will have access to booths with information on voter registration and mental health.  Guest speakers including Dr. Mauney (Superintendent of MGSD) and Major Chilton (Mooresville Police Department) will also be giving a brief speech.  A volunteer band from Mooresville High School will be playing as people arrive.

7:45 - Vigil service for the victims of the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.  Volunteer band from MHS will play a song in recognition and remembrance of the victims.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:  

- Those 12 and under must have a parent/legal guardian in order to attend and participate at this event.  

- All signage must be limited to 2 feet by 2 feet and must be handheld with no sticks.

ROAD CLOSURE INFORMATION:

- Blue Devil Boulevard and East Center Avenue will be closed off at the start of this event with North Main Street closing short thereafter.  Roads will reopen as the group moves through the town, block by block.

PARKING INFORMATION:

- Please enter from East Cabbarus Avenue into one of the Mooresville High School parking lots.  (PA lot, lower and upper A lots)
